Did Carlos Danger Weiner come to northern Virginia? He must be the guy who’s doing the exposures in north Arlington. He fits the description - crazy, hung like a banana, and is sexting himself as he goes by.
At least we can be thankful that the guy in Texas and northern Virginia are not Michael Moore. There aren’t enough eye clinics and hospitals to take care of all those who would be “blinded by that sight”
