My husband worked for them briefly. Hard to find American guys who like climbing. My husband didn’t.
Here in Northern California, you can’t find a white man working for a tree trimming company with the exception of the guy who gives you the estimate who is called an “arborist.” ( and in reality, just the rip off artist for the company). We’ve used Davey, and they could probably be taken to court as well. I will have to say though, the Hispanic workers are excellent, and they work very hard, which is more than you could say for most Blacks and Whites today when it comes to this kind of hard labor.
American men built this country. The only reason they don't still dominate the trades, is due to illegals driving wages down.
Get rid of the illegals, and the good wages will return, along with American men.
