Investigators are taking a harder look at Marilou Danley and what she might have known about the attack at a country music festival Sunday, with Clark County Sheriff Joseph Lombardo naming her a “person of interest” and saying the FBI is bringing her back to the U.S. for questioning.
Danley, 62, was out the country at the time of the shooting and in the Philippines on Tuesday. “We anticipate some information from her shortly,” Lombardo said.

So what she was a citizen of AUS? She was in the Philippines not Australia and is wanted as a person of internet by the US FBI in a mass shooting. You mean she can’t be apprehended or “talked to” by the police in the Philippines if she’s an AUSSIE citizen even though she’s in their country?

At the very least she is a Legal Permanent Resident of the US. She has an SSN (actually two of them) and has lived in the US for over 20 years.
