The girlfriend of Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock is still a person of interest, police said Tuesday.
Marilou Danley is currently in the Philippines and has been talking to US authorities, Las Vegas Sheriff Joe Lombardo said.
“Currently, she’s a person of interest,” he added.

What exactly is a person of interest? Is that politically correct language for suspect??
Maybe a suspect but often just someone they’d like to speak with.
Well DUH..sent her 100 grand, for what “Hey enjoy the money cause Im gonna go out in a blaze of glory.” Also didn’t he supposedly tape himself shooting people inside his hotel room..for what purpose is he taping it..for himself? He knew he was a goner, he had no facebook account or twitter so who was he planning on sending the video to?
One step below an actual accusation. Minimally it could be that she might have helpful information.
No one wants to be a Person of Interest.
It means, "Yesterday you weren't a person of interest but since then we've learned you were wired $100,000 by our suspect. This makes you very interesting."

There are multiple reports of a “hispanic woman” going around before the concert started saying that people were going to die. Could this be her?

When did she leave the US? Was it after they got the room on the 28th? And if this is his second attempt, reports are that he tried to stage an attack previously, was she involved? Why was she in Dubai and was he there with her? There is another thread with reports also placing him in Dubai. Did he convert to Islam, is she Islamic? Oh, so many questions.
I’m wondering if she really was in Asia.
A $100 grand would set her up for a decent life in the islands after he was dead. She was getting out and he promised her a good life.
Why would she return to the U.S. and potentially expose herself to an investigation? Would Australia extradite?
One of those made up terms which means nothing, really. I doubt that she will be charged criminally, unless it can be proved that she had knowledge of his murder plans. She will almost certainly be targeted by the barrage of civil suits which are upcoming.
Maybe he’s not dead and they don’t want someone to recognize him today? Or, maybe they want to limit anyone recognizing him recently and seeing who he was with?
