My kids didn’t have school the day after Donald Trump won the presidential election and eventually, near noon, they came into my room to see what was wrong with me. Perhaps they’d come to me at their father’s prompting. Perhaps they’d heard me weeping. They’d never seen me this way before. Inconsolable.
“Hillary didn’t lose!” I insisted, as they sat on the bed around me, even as Hillary’s voice drifted into the room — her concession speech, on the radio downstairs, my husband shouting up, “Honey, you should come listen to this!”
I would not listen. I would never listen. The sound of Hillary Clinton conceding to Donald Trump is what compelled me to rise at last, if only to shut my bedroom door.

Hillary is a nasty woman. Some day, a decent woman will win, and I am more than okay with that. Whether it’s President Palin, President Haley (after fixing her wobble on Amnesty), or another woman, what matters are her values not her XX chromosomes.
Let us all hope not. Actually, Hillary was such a pill that she has probably destroyed any chance for a female president, at least on the Dem side, for some time to come.
Now for the GOP...I’m saying Haley might be our next candidate. But that’s because we’re not freaky gender-obsessed loons like Hillary and her gang. We just vote for the best person.
But not this day. And that's a good thing.
She obviously has severe mental and emotional problems, has Child Protective Services been called yet to check on the Welfare of the children??

There is nothing "progressive" about such a way of living. Progressives, in positions of government power, are backward thinking elitists whose sole goal is achieving power for themselves--just as previous Kings, Emperors and Dictators have done. A woman overcome with that desire for power is equally distasteful.
Just think: even the title of Hillary's "book," suggests (even confirms?) her backward-looking, uninspiring ideology--Progressivism!
Imagine being an American colonist in 1776!
All around you are thousands of other colonists who look to the future, citing Creator-endowed individual liberty for every person under a form of self-government based on "Natural law," or, "the laws of Nature."
Yet, your neighbor (who likes to be the center of attention and self-described "defender" of special groups she selects as "worthy" of rights), declares she knows what is best for everybody and that she does not recognize the votes of those "deplorable" persons who reject her form of "Progressive" power over people (for their own good, you know).
As colonists, you and your 18th Century friends whose ancestors have braved an ocean and a wilderness in order to raise their families in freedom from oppressive government, write a Declaration of Independence from that government's oppression, and resolve to live like free people who can chart their own future, under God's Providence, and receive "the Blessings of Liberty."
Yet, there stands that know-it-all neighbor, screaming and pointing to herself, shouting, "What Happened?"--as she watches real progress take place among those neighbors she has called "deplorable" and "unredeemable."
She looks pretty silly and shallow, don't you think?
Seriously, I think this woman needs therapy. And her kids will too someday.
