The Las Vegas shooter spent his last minutes desperately firing through the doorway of his hotel room while the SWAT team stormed into the suite.
Stephen Paddock shot one security guard and fired on a SWAT team of six who searched the hotel floor-by-floor Sunday night before zeroing in on their target.
“We believe the individual killed himself prior to our entry,” Clark County Sheriff Joseph Lombardo said.

You could do that easily with a go pro. I put one on the end of my camping trailer to use it like a back up camera.

Some "what ifs" are great but a lot are just folks trying to fantasize about thinking up something nobody else thought about - with good reason....
For their own safety they go floor by floor, the last thing you want to do is use the elevator, your dead as soon as that door opens or before. Floor to floor looking for possibly others waiting to ambush you on the way up. They had no idea how many were involved at the time is my guess.

I am persuaded antifa with Sorros are behind this concerted attack in a sort or antipoetic justice against gun owners, using their freedom against them.
When looking at the antifa videos shooting KeK disarmed, it is obvious they were not out to confront armed patriots head on or real enemy menaces such as Nazi, but wanted to ambush soft targets with weapons to humiliate these targets’ enjoyment of gun rights in a moment they are disarmed, just as Kek on the paper they would shoot at without real good aiming as a group

Google coughs up there are 10 different type colleges near or in Las Vegas, plus you have a lot of single people who work out there...owning rental property is very profitable. Either as dwellings for college kids, singles who work the strip, or small businesses. That doesn’t count Cali, where rent is very high even on dumps.
My nephew does, he teaches HS and owns his own flooring business as a night job, and picks up houses at those foreclosure sales has about 40 of them. His late dad did the same, fixed them up and rented to college kids who didn’t want dorm living. Both earned every cent they made. All up around Niagara Falls. Hubby’s now deceased 40 yr Navy friend did the same thing, got out of the Navy and opened a tire store, sold it for a good profit and then started buying up foreclosure houses, block ones when possible, and he certainly didn’t come from a moneyed family, dirt poor farmers in Alabama. Left his widow sitting pretty good, and trust funds for his last 2 grands, rest are grown and married.
Thanks for the excruciating details. The whole thing exemplifies confusion amidst chaos and adds up to pure tragedy. I lean towards this being an unprecedented assault. No one can expect a by the numbers response to something that only determined evil can conjure up. It seems nearly impossible to plan for an attack like this, well, not anymore. Yes, I don’t trust any media 100%—eeven the best may be wrong sometimes, but CNN and others—ugh. Just saw a story on Drudge that people are actually trusting the media MORE?? Go figure! (But then the story is by Reuters so who knows...)
