Jason Chaffetz, former House of Representatives member and Chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform was on Justice with Judge Janine Pirro Saturday night and he dropped a BOMBSHELL about Attorney General Jeff Sessions:

Chaffetz: I can tell you that while I was in Congress and the Chairman of the Oversight Committee, I did go over and visit with Attorney General Sessions and it was one of the most frustrating discussions I had because whether it was the IRS, Fast and Furious, the email scandal that we went through, I did not see the Attorney General willing to just let Lady Justice administer justice and then follow through. I understood maybe the last six months of the Obama Administration…
Judge Janine: Wait a minute I don’t have that much time. You spoke with Sessions on IRS, Fast and Furious. Did he give you a reason? Did he say he was presenting anything to a grand jury? Yes or no?
Chaffetz: No, he basically let me know he wasn’t going to pursue anything on the major cases.
Judge Janine: So IRS, on the major cases? Are we talking about Hillary Clinton, because I haven’t even gotten to her yet.
Chaffetz: Yes, the email scandal of Hillary Clinton. We had Bryan Pagliano. I issued a subpoena for him to appear before the Committee and he said “No”. He didn’t even show up. We issued another subpoena. The US Marshals served it. And you know in my world, if you’re in court, I guarantee you that a subpoena is not an optional activity. We wanted the Attorney General to prosecute him and he said “No”.

The President apparently believes that his agenda would be impeded by prosecuting past crimes by the bureaucracy and political appointees.
That’s a reasonable stance as far as it goes, but there hasn’t been any clear warning to bureaucrats that their behavior from this day forward must be non-ideological.
Trump either takes them down, or they will take Trump down.
If Sessions did all you claim, then the illusion is jointly executed by Sessions and Trump if Trump does nothing to change it.

Jason Chaffetz is just confirming what we have seen from Sessions since he has been AG. What a disappointment.
It could be he won’t prosecute because there are just as many Republican skeletons in the closet as Democrat ones; and he can’t prosecute, without
those also being exposed.
As far as I’m concerned, we can go ahead and clean out the whole congress.
I agree...Obama & Clinton are both dead politically. They are toxic & radioactive to their own Democrat Partyand are hated by the overwhelming numbers of the American people of all stripes. We are past that. Everyone knows the US Government behemoth is corrupt through and through. And now we have millions of immigrants, mostly illegal, and millions of Marxist trained Millennials most of whom hate this country and its founding principles. This goes along with severely diminished law enforcement agencies and a politicized armed forces. The Republic is on life support and the prognosis doesn't look good.
It’s a “bombshell” that Sessions isn’t doing jack-squit to prosecute the Democrats? I think everyone on this board has known that for months.
That looks like Trump. Where’s the one that looks like Sessions?
True. There is so much. Corruption the government would be in danger if all involved were taken out. But Maggie if right too. There is a lot more involved then we’ll ever know.
A few things hit me
1. I don’t trust Chavez ( Mormon mafia connections. Did lots of research when the golden shower episode was first connected to mcCain and them)
2. When an investigation is going on it is not uncommon for the prosecution to not discuss details with others until charges are actually filed
3. Murder and treason have no statue of limitation.
4. Why waste taxpayers money if Hil-Billy are both ill and going to die in the not too distant future. (BIll looks half dead — rewatch the throwing her in van again slowly)

Yes, at least with Gowdy we get entertainment. Lots of drama with Gowdy. A very good show. Sessions is boring. As the lead actor, he needs to replaced.
