I can’t understand why CB radios won’t work, either.
My friend there suggested a convoy of supplies dropping off along the way but that was rejected. Somebody higher up wanted point drop offs. with No street signs, recognizable landmarks etc. foreigners are lost. Now what?
Maybe some common sense will arise from somewhere. I saw Gov PR said rural areas are getting supplies. Prayers UP, and hope they all get what they need!
