So far the Trumpster can’t get a passing grade on draining the swamp. So many Obama appointees, McCabe at the FBI, Koskinen at the IRS etc. The DOJ is virtually unchanged under Sessions.
He can’t replace the hundreds of leftists burrowed into the civil ‘service’. Only congress can change the rules, but it won’t. It would affect too many blacks and other designated minorities.
This isn’t free government. Something has to give before the next rat president.
