President of the International Union of Police Associations, Jeffrey Bell said, “I respect their right to have freedom of speech. However, in certain organizations and certain jobs you give up that right of your freedom of speech temporary while you serve that job or while you play in an NFL game.”

Do Freepers really believe this?

Really?

During working hours, if an employee is taking actions that are doing harm to the business, yes, I believe that. It is astounding that you apparently do not.

If the boss is an ahole, an employee may believe it is his right to flip him off in the presence of other employees, but I am pretty sure that freedom of speech will result in termination.
