No one can solve this problem but black America.

Not quite true. They are paid to have kids out of wedlock. As any economist can tell you if you pay for something you'll get more of it. Raising kids in fatherless families is the surest way to get rotten kids. It's even worse because they become comfortable with the idea that somebody else is obligated to pay for their needs. That is the mindset of a criminal and why so many have gone bad. End welfare. End food stamps. End the dependency.

The author wants to believe things will get better for blacks once they get out of the democrats plantation, he is deluded. The natural state of blacks is Africa and look over there or anywhere there are blacks (the Caraibes, Indian ocean, Central or South America), they are no much better even with no democrats. The first and foremost way to improve blacks’ outcome is to increase their IQ, if ever possible. A difference of 20 IQ points and equality (remember, blacks don’t want equal rights, they want equal everything) are two incompatible things.

The IQ discussion is interesting and debatable—but lets put it this way.

If you do have a lower IQ it just means you have to study _harder_ and work _harder_ to achieve as much success as someone with a higher IQ.

Every black parent should make charter schools their number one issue

Every black parent should make sure that their child knows that sex is for after marriage period.

For daughters especially. The worst thing that can happen is to have a child out of wedlock.

The first thing that the black community needs to do is drastically lower the number of out of wedlock births in their community.

Yes a good education is important but the odds of completing an education rise dramatically if the child is in and intact family unit.

I fired a black guy for sleeping in the janitor’s closet. Yes, I found him myself fast asleep. Before I got back to the office, my boss had reinstated him and I was in trouble. The guy’s mama was president of the local NAACP so no one better fire her little darling.

It was all about the North and the Washington corridor retaining their supremacy.

In actuality, it was exactly the opposite. The South had the upper hand in Congress and the Executive, and as more states became free, they were going to lose that power.
