the US depends on China to enforce international sanctions on North Korea in an effort to curb Pyongyang’s nuclear ambitions.... ................................. Watch how the NKs move their operations outside the country to friendlier, similar style governments. (Need I mention who?)
More progress than we have seen in years.
NK is feeling the squeeze. I’m a little worried they’re just going to adopt a total FU attitude and since they have nothing to lose go all-in and pull the trigger.
I’m sure that Kim threatens China every day in some way....and China WAS/IS an ally.
My guess is that Kim will infiltrate South Korea and plant a dirty bomb....kinda like...see what the left hand is doing.
North Korea doesn’t want border fighting. He wants to annihilate. And China is not a good choice.

We have to prepare for the worst. We were operating on the assumption that dictators from the Soviet Union to Kim Jong-Il’s North Korea were rational and still valued their own lives and the lives of their citizens...
I’m not sure about fat boy. This man by all indications is several orders of magnitudes crazier than his father or grand father.
The worst case scenario is hundreds of thousands are going to die... unfortunately, such is war.

The same as the NFL, Trump has turned up the heat on the situation to embarrass China.
Just like the NFL owners, China, who is supposed to be the closest to the situation, has mostly for political and PR reasons, has allowed an absurd and dangerous situation to grow and fester.
Trump turns up the heat to reveal the hypocrisy and contradictions - and force some change.
