What pops into my mind is how many times they repealed Obamacare when it was nothing but theater.

And now that they have the power to actually do it...

First they say citizens must buy health insurance. Then they say who you can buy it from, depending on where you live.

Next are they going to tell citizens they must buy cars? And tell them which brand to buy, depending on where they live?

Blue Cross Blue Shield is going to freak! They are the number one beneficiary of all these bizarre unnecessary state mandates and will stand to lose billions if competition between the states is allowed.

Excellent! And yes, I am sure the 9th circuit will block it.

Bingo.

They could call up any of those plans and pass it.

They refuse to.

It’s infuriating.

So why doesn’t the UN pass something similar?

There isn’t any reason why we can’t share healthcare programs across countries?

Share with Canada, France, England, etc.

Why not?

Seriously???

Why would “we” want to do that???

How does this work. Obamacare requires you to buy from the exchange— in your state( not another state) explain how you now can buy insurance in Maine if you live in California? Is this just smoke and mirrors. You can’t purchase anything you want in communist obamacare. You purchase what you are damned well told or you pay a huge penalty. What is this about? As Lebron James has said “ I don’t think alot of peoples was educated!?

Also, what about making Congress and all Federal employees subject to Obamacare?

Trump just said they have the Healthcare votes but have to wait for reconciliation again early next year. Sounded like he meant they have Murkowsky.

Big deal, irrelevant. State lines is trivial.

The killer is the mandate.

Coulda, shoulda done this months ago. Some of this is a no-brainer.

Yes, it's patchwork, but a step in the right direction which may carry momentum in the overall repeal objective.

Obama already perfected the refusal to enforce laws as being part of the executive’s prerogative. How about Trump announces a Tax Dreamers Executive order? No more health care penalties will be enforced against taxpayers, as Congress works on a fix to Obamacare. Also, for national security reasons, corporate money repatriated to the US will not be taxed at all. The president can compromise a tax bill after all.

Another on the health care front would be to declare that insurance companies can tailor their policies to what the insured wants, not require a list of things that most people don’t need. Companies that choose to provide that will be added to the list of Deferred Action Health Providers, DAHP. Ha!

You fail to realize the Obamacare Act gives the Sec. Of HEALTH broad latitude to do just about anything. The progressive courts will of course try to stop it but the Supreme Court has already ruled it is constitutional.

I LOVE this!!

I’ve been hearing from average Americans, calling into Jay Sekulow’s radio program (carried live on Facebook) and there are a lot of people who are really hurting out there under the out of control costs of healthcare.

And the President has been hearing their stories for months, and hopefully, will sign that EO and help alleviate their financial suffering.

So if a majority of people in the US thought is was a good idea, there would no other reason against it?

Say Hillary got elected, and the democrats had enough power to get the to UN pass something similar to inter country healthcare, then it would be ok?

Or would the problem be that the opioid treatments weren’t appropriate?
Or would the problem be that the sex prevention was too expensive?
Or would the problem be that a colonoscopy required specialists?

Is that the discussion we would be having?
