WASHINGTON — Senator Susan Collins of Maine said on Monday that she would oppose the latest plan to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, leaving Republican leaders clearly short of the votes they need for passage.
Ms. Collins, a Republican, announced her opposition in a written statement, delivering a significant and possibly fatal blow to the party’s seven-year quest to dismantle the health law.

The Republican party hasn’t done jack this year.
Trump had to do an end run on them to get disaster relief.
How much worse could it get.
We both know they are undocumented Democrats. On that we agree.
The RP has allowed them to remain in the party for decades.

Trump’s own party, refused to do anything to help him.

Now that there are three who have said they aren’t voting for it watch four or five jump on the opposition bandwagon.
McConnell should drag their sorry butts into the Senate Chamber and make them vote. Over and over. Until they repeal Obamacare. Of course he really doesn’t want to repeal so we get this kabuki.
There is a critical mass of RINOs in the party. Nobody should expect anything truly conservative from this congress.
It’s all beltway theater. Collins will retire and McCain will die. They’re just giving cover to their friends in the GOP who love Obamacare as much as they do but want to keep that fact under wraps.
That’s right.
We do have to keep one thing in perspective though.
Look folks, I hate the Republican party right now. Still, if Hillary had been elected and we had a Democrat controlled Congress, there would have been hell pay.
WE HAVE GOT TO GET OF OUR ASSES AND PRIMARY PEOPLE!
It’s that simple.
We primary them or we put up with another two years of it.
We cannot give any power to full blown Democrats.
We’d have over 50 McCains, Snows, and Collins in charge at that point.
I detest what is happening to our nation, and our team simply refuses to get off it’s ass.

As many have pointed out, this bill is not as good as it could be (though I do agree with those who say it is a step in the right direction.)
I have heard over and over from the fakenews media that this is the “last ditch effort” to repeal Obamacare. As if Trump will be rendered helpless and the conservative movement to get rid of the Death Panels Law is going to with away.
Wrong.
We have now seen the faces of betrayal: Heller, Flake, Collins, McCain, etc. Their lackeys will pay the price even if they do not.
Let’s not forget the Democrats in Trump-winning states. They should be targeted for electoral annihilation, too.
The game is not over. We are not even through the first quarter of Trump’s term.
We all are and the GOP has thrown no one out of the party after David Duke thirty years ago.

I wonder what the state government in California would have done to me under Graham Cassidy. I probably would be standing in line behind millions of illegal aliens.
The Dems and Rhinos won’t budge until the money stops pouring into this BS healthcare plan. I THINK Trump could do this alone.

This is a legislative matter. All he can do is keep pointing out their incompetence and hypocrisy. Hopefully it will make a difference come election time.
Then why are 48 other Repugnants voting for it?
Hate to keep stating the obvious but Trump could solve all of his problems with Congress in a New York minute with just one MOAB.
Or he could keep letting the likes of this subhuman and the rest of the scumbags on Capital Hill keep stealing our money and dicking us around.
