What a joke of a sentence.

Not even 2 years. He’ll serve two months, MAYBE.

Like to see that happen with an average citizen.

I don't think so. This is federal time. I think he has to serve at least 85%.

Still, it's not a very long sentence to what seems to me to be something very close to a kiddie porn situation, if not worse.

The other side would say "yeah, but its a first offense," which we know it isn't.

It is a first conviction though, and he'll probably re-offend when he gets out. Plus he now is a convicted felon.

I'm sure he doesn't think its a joke. I'm certain of it.

Don't worry, if he goes to a real prison where hardass brothers, fathers, uncles, and grandfathers are doing their time, he will be wearing a diaper while he is pulling his time. (too Obvious?). His life will slowly squirt out as he learns why they call his cellmate, “meat”.
