The Senate is starting to look like a geriatric ward.

America should recall John McCain for being a liar and a traitor.

There is no constitutional mechanism to recall a US senator.

AZ constutution refers ONLY to state senators.

Gohmert knows tbis.

List of current United States Senators by age

This is a list of current U.S. Senators sorted by age. The United States Constitution requires Senators to be at least 30 years of age. Age does not determine seniority in the Senate.

As of September 25, 2017, 5 senators are in their 80s, 18 are in their 70s, 32 are in their 60s, 30 are in their 50s, 14 are in their 40s, and 1 is in his 30s.

The median age of currently serving Senators is 64 years, 1 day.

The median age of taking office for currently serving Senators is 51 years, 75 days.

The median length of their Senate terms to date is 8 years, 265 days.

The treatment may be affecting him? He's always been nuts. Thanks to Trump, we're getting a much better idea of just how nuts he is.

Regretfully, there is no constitutional provision to recall members of Congress...senators and representatives. Prior to the disgusting 17th Amendment, senators were appointed by their state legislators, which had the authority to rescind such appointments. Now there is no such control on senators, all of whom see themselves as mini-presidents rather than agents for their states.

Gohmert, of all people, should know that Congressmen and Senators can’t be recalled.

Oh, just wait for the old traitor to die (please soon, Lord). Then I hope Trump skips the funeral for a golf game.

Not to be a fly in the ointment but getting recalled would be pretty damned stressful. Also, the US Senate is probably the most stress free place to work in the country besides that, I mean, where else is doing nothing the norm?

So look for another reason....

Patriots are reminded that probably the only reason that citizens are concerned about bad-apple, post-17th Amendment ratification Senators like McCain is because most federal domestic policy is based on state powers that the feds have stolen from the states imo.

Congress not only uses stolen state powers to oppress the states and their citizens, but lets federal officials outside the legislative branch get away with doing so.

Patriots need to pink-slip as many members of Congress that they can in the 2018 elections and replace them with state sovereignty-respecting patriots who will support Pres. Trump’s vision for MAGA.

Chemotherapy drugs can have an impact on behavior. Not to mention what the glioblastoma is doing to his brain. He should retire and focus on making the best of the time he has left.

There is no recall process for Congress. The only possible answer is for his colleagues to convince him to resign or call a vote to remove him. There is no 25th Amendment process for Congress and there should be one.
