Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, said Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., should be recalled because his cancer treatment may be hurting his ability to do his job in Congress.
"You know, nothing inhibits recovery from cancer like stress. I think Arizona could help him and us. Recall him. Let him, you know, fight successfully this terrible cancer. And let's get somebody in here that will keep the word he gave last year," Gohmert said on "Fox and Friends" Monday.

The Senate is starting to look like a geriatric ward.
America should recall John McCain for being a liar and a traitor.
How about lying about repealing Obamacare just to get reelected?
Maybe those 27 psychiatrist that supposedly analysed Trump should take a little look see at McCrazy?
No kidding. Most people at DiFi’s or Orrin’s ages are enjoying retirement.
There is no constitutional mechanism to recall a US senator.
AZ constutution refers ONLY to state senators.
Gohmert knows tbis.
Nope, it's been that way for some time and it's high time to push the over-the-hill geriatrics out - they've scammed their way to the multimillionaires clubs long enough now and that's the only reason they continue!
I was shocked to see DiFi is 84.
AZ has no recall mechanism. The most they can do is referendum followed by a request to McTraitor to step away which he will refuse.

Sorry, now that I look closer, this isn’t a current listing.
Gohmert should be Speaker.
He was a failed Navy pilot. He has nothing to show for his years in the Senate except these highlights:
He'd be doing stuff like working with ex-senator Feingold on the far-left on campaign finance reform, which he did and it was a failure as a law. Or he'd be considering accepting Kerry's offer to run as his democRAT running mate in 2004. Or he'd be thinking about switching to the democRAT party like he claimed he almost did in 2000. Or he's be be getting caught as one of the Keating Five after offering quid pro quo favors. Or he'd be meeting with the head of ISIS and his fighters, treating them like friends of the US in the war in Syria, trying to get them weapons to kill Americans.
In other words, he is and has been a traitor to his party for years. His recent calls for the Senate to conduct business with the regular order, is a just ruse to hide his failure to support positions he was re-elected on. He has personal contempt for Trump. Plain and simple. Trump dissed him as not being a real hero during the campaign and he is still peeved. Without the POW hero status, this guy has nothing to show for his career.
They will have to drag McLame out of the Senate because like many career politicians in DC, he has no other life. He needs to retire but I'm sure he would die soon afterwards. His final goal in the Senate is to obstruct the president of his own party and to lie about why he's against policies he has been for previously.
On the Dem side of the aisle, McCain would just be one among many. He isn’t personally intellectual, interesting, witty or anything that would make him the media darling that he has been for years. He is the dishonest media’s favorite as the Republican who goes against their interests time after time.
Regretfully, there is no constitutional provision to recall members of Congress...senators and representatives. Prior to the disgusting 17th Amendment, senators were appointed by their state legislators, which had the authority to rescind such appointments. Now there is no such control on senators, all of whom see themselves as mini-presidents rather than agents for their states.
Gohmert, of all people, should know that Congressmen and Senators can’t be recalled.
There are 52 Senators you can recall over that.
Oh, just wait for the old traitor to die (please soon, Lord). Then I hope Trump skips the funeral for a golf game.
