I assume to determine if it is a hate crime. Expanded sentencing. But you cannot extend much past the death penalty.

I'm sure to investigate if the woman in the parking lot may have said something inappropriate to him as he was shooting her. Possibly researching the church ushers background for racial animus to see if a hate crime with firearm enhancement occurred. Or possibly checking for any President Trump administration involvement to refer to special counsel Mueller and Mad Max Waters for her impeachment quest. /s/s/s/s
