One person has been killed and at least six others have been wounded in a shooting at the Burnett Chapel Church of Christ in Antioch (,TN).
Police said the victim was a woman and was found dead in the parking lot. Police said six other people were shot.
Metro police said the gunman was wounded and has been transported to the hospital. Another victim at the church was pistol-whipped and transported.

I searched for previous posting before I did mine, the one you listed is on Fox. Looks like same articlebut title is different. It is not attributed to any specific author on Fox.
Photos on the church’s facebook page show Christians of all colors. It’s called fellowship in Christ.

That’s fine - I’m posting the same comment on all three threads to dispel the racial speculation. Photos on the site show parishioners of all races.
I appreciate that. We need to get it right even if the press often does not.
There are those among us in the US who want badly to divide us.
This is the reason why parishioners I know have gotten their concealed carry permits and ALWAYS attend church armed with "one in the pipe".

I understand. There are a number of people that I know locally who concealed carry. Suspect some in our church. I know one who does up the street at the local Church of Christ.
At this point I don’t want to speculate on motive.

If it is an infidel who did the shooting, we would have his name, religion and social security number by now.
Yes, at times what is not said by the media is a strong indication of what really happened.
At times the media’s motive is so strong, they simply lie.
It is reported the gunman was a 26 year old black male who entered through a back door and was wearing a neoprene ski mask.
