The international airport can be on the edge of the city, and a neighboring area can benefit from it. Port Elizabeth in NJ is in this position; a large port, and closer to Newark airport than much of Newark is.
As a life long bookkeeper/accounting person, I would advise them to do exctly that.
However, Local Reno TV says they are looking hard at Boston!!
I would tell them to think Tennessee—or S Dakota. A state with a good work ethic & NO INCOME TAXES.
I was thinking of Colorado when I wrote that statement. I lived out there in late 70’s.
