I’d rather send them in front of a judge who would ban them from ever returning, but I’m okay with the efficient deportation of all of them too. What I really want is 12 million deportations of illegals and then a more accurate estimate of the number remaining, but any increase in numbers is a good start.

Why ban them from ever returning?

I disagree because people can repent, people can change.

Assuming they haven’t committed any violent crimes or felonies, if they choose to then apply lawfully, are eligible, keep the law and wait their turn, then why shouldn’t they be permitted to return in a lawful manner?
