Boy, did New Yorkers dodge a bullet when Anthony Weiner first pressed the wrong “send” button on his Twitter feed.
That became even more painfully obvious Wednesday when federal prosecutors unveiled new details of the two-time mayoral candidate’s sordid sexting sessions with a 15-year-old girl.
This, as they asked Manhattan federal court Judge Loretta Preska to send Weiner to prison next week for 21 to 27 months — because letting him remain free, as he’s proposed, would be “simply inadequate.”

I've posted before that Weiner showed odd tendencies when he first made a name for himself by being the Democrat face to the people who insisted that George W Bush was lying about the White House being trashed by outgoing Clinton staffers. Weiner was on television for weeks demanding that Bush show proof or apologize to Democrats.
