Like so many on the Left, the "Moms Mabley" of the House has no shame (she's fighting evil, doncha know) ... and, because she (again like so many on the Left) thinks of herself as a "victim" social mores and courtesy do not apply to her.
Plus she is, without doubt, certifiably insane.
