When I was a visiting professor in Istanbul, I would take a walk every evening after my classes. One day I passed a shopping mall that was ablaze, with lots of fire trucks present. The fire had been set by PKK terrorists. To my surprise, the Turks actually caught the perps and convicted them after a trial. No doubt in my mind the PKK are terrorists.
