There is caselaw in my state whereby a public official fumbling with his smartphone during a city council meeting was FOIA’d by a reporter to see what he was texting. The courts said it was fair access since it was used during a public meeting. Judicial Watch needs to FOIA these two lovebirds.

2) Wouldn’t it be a great assignment to have one of them deliver PAGES of questions to the senile old man who can no longer think up intelligent questions for himself apparently?
