So could the the u(seless)N have compiled this info without the US providing 60% of u(seless)n funding? Then they make it sound like a bad thing. Yup, the interweb was a better in the early days. Hardly any ads at all.

Nigeria has one of the slowest speeds with 1.5 Mbps. You would think those princes could get better internet.

All I see is a bunch of internet arriving, and suddenly you find out that you had some dear uncle who passed on in Nigeria....who left you $100,000 but you need to wire $10,000 for the handling fee.
To: rktman
Because 48% of the world doesn’t feel like paying for their access.

This is a tragedy and must be addresses by the oppressors who
do have internet.
Having Facebook and Google, when others don't, is yet another example of white micro aggressions

Don’t judge. LOL! I did hesitate but it appears to be pretty lame. And, I posted the entire thing. Not really much there.

These people don’t have access to basic infrastructure, for example water and sewage, and this clown is worried about internet access.

“We” (USA) gave the world the internet. If “they” can’t figure out how to make use of it, that is NOT OUR DAMNED PROBLEM.

I’d say an even higher percentage don’t have cars. So what?
To: rktman
I’m not even going to wonder whose fault it will be when much of that 52% doesn’t give a flip about internet because they can’t read.
