I hope she does do something that would at this point be considered criminal but I think she is just throwing a temper tantrum.
Probably not going to file the paperwork so it is still on the books. Big whoop.
The Left does not like to lose.
The whole case has turned into a charade because President Trump issued a pardon to Arpaio while there was still a court proceeding underway to see if his conviction should be overturned anyway.
Arpaio is basically saying to President Trump: "Thank you, but I'd rather pursue my case first and try to make your pardon irrelevant."
