And what’s the MAIN difference between citizenship and staying here legally? Will they be eligible for welfare, tuition discounts, Medicaid, Medicare and Social Security?
And how do we guarantee that they won’t be able to vote?

The in Congress gives them citizenship via the green card route.
And letting them stay is AMNESTY!!!!
Amnesty doesn’t requirement citizenship. It appears he is trying to save face by trying to claim he isn’t going to give them citizenship.
Amnesty is essentially a pardon for being here illegally.
This guy is consistently hot and cold with Trump, but over all a Trump basher any chance he gets. I don’t read him much any more.
