Mass Evacuations in Russian Cities Continue After Bomb Threats

Schools, government buildings and shopping malls in more than a dozen Russian cities continue to be evacuated four days after local authorities started receiving anonymous bomb threats, the Interfax news agency reported Wednesday.
The evacuations began in Omsk on Sunday and continued in Ryazan that evening. Chelyabinsk, Ufa, Stavropol and Kopeisk received as many as 42 bomb scares in total on Monday.
By Tuesday, the anonymous threats were reported in Perm, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg and other cities, forcing the evacuation of an estimated 45,000 people.

It is times like this, when the U.S. should out of the blue make a public statement that we do not condone terrorism anywhere, and on this type of thing the U.S. and Russia are unified as if we were one.
Things like this go a long way to building relationships, and another nation’s tough going, can be an excellent time to build rapport.
That helps avoid animosity when things are a little dicey between us.
Contact Putin and let him know we support Russian when dealing with things like this.

It might be an effective Saracen ploy. Repeat the bomb threats until the government stops reacting to them. Then plant bombs all around and don’t call. This would work if they can stay out of the sights of the FSB for the time it takes to work it.
