It is difficult to distinguish the Trump DOJ from the Obama DOJ in some cases. Jeff Sessions presides over a staff that fights the Trump agenda and protects the Obama/Hillary functionaries to the death.
I’ve been wanting to give Sessions the benefit of the doubt, but he’s making it very hard, especially if this is true! I’m so tired of the Swamp and all the lip service!

But I think the swamp is so deep that the Republicans in Congress are also compromised; and that the DOJ and IRS has info on them.
Hence, they DON’T WANT to probe into these matters, to protect themselves.
Which is why we need term limits and a fresh change of Congressmen.
Sessions can’t legally bar them from testifying.

Please explain to me how the DoJ has any constitutional authority to tell Congress what it can and can not do.
