Sure is. Its nothing more than a signifier that you are in the “in crowd”. Its like an Ivy degree, a house in the Hamptons, or skiing in Aspen.
When they crack each other on the ass with a paddle, or dress up and torch a goat statue pretending they are druids, all they are really doing is saying “you can trust me, and i’ll trust you, and we’ll scratch each others backs”. That’s it.
No ghost, spirit, or magic is conjured up. The devil isn’t there. Old scratch, beelezebub isn’t there.
They are like a bunch of teenagers with a Ouija board, thinking they are summoning spirits. They are laughable to any real adult.
