It was a queer case from the get go when he declined to speak to his superiors after the shooting.
At the very least it’s voluntary manslaughter. Far more likely, second degree murder.
The taxpayers will inevitably have to foot the bill for another fearful cretin with a badge. So what if he is also a koranimal? The blue fraternity supersedes his mohammedness.
Let’s eliminate cop’s personal immunity from civil action, just as doctors have to carry malpractice insurance, police officers should be required to carry professional liability insurance as a condition of employment. Can’t find an insurance company willing to insure you...find another line of work.
