I’ll say what I think but little information has been forthcoming, which is what makes everything seem so suspicious.
The shooter pointed his gun in front of his partner’s face to make this kill. Inside a car.
That they clamped the lid down on this thing is suspicious. His declining to be interviewed afterwards to give a statement to his employer is strange.
His Somali muslim past was kept out of the news when the story broke.
Her manner of dress may have been a factor.
Wonder what will be admissible in this case and what details they are going to keep from the jury.
“Her manner of dress may have been a factor.”
Yes. Any normal non-Mudslime cop would have realised a 40 year old white woman in a nightgown was a totally innocent citizen out to help him stop a possible crime and would have treated her with great respective and consideration. Instead, this bigoted monster murdered her in cold blood.
It's legal to withhold evidence from a jury?
Wasn’t he riding with his weapon unholstered and on his lap? Or was that just an unsubstantiated rumor? I seem to recall reading that in an article.
Plus who fires inches away from his partners face? Inside a patrol car? They must have both been rendered temporarily deaf. Guy has always sounded to me like a jumpy panicky Barney Fife. He hears a noise and “BLAM!”
“The shooter pointed his gun in front of his partners face to make this kill. Inside a car.”
I hope his partner didn’t suffer permanent hearing damage from that.
