Idiots.
A couple of years ago, we had a hail storm come through in which our house was the only house on the block that suffered damage. Yes, there was hail on the houses and yards around ours, but the hail actually punched holes in our siding and left my wife's garden almost completely shorn of vegetation. Our yard and deck looked like there was three inches of snow on it.
We called our daughter who lives a couple of miles away to make sure she and her kids were okay and she had no idea what we were talking about.
That's the way the weather is, y'all.
That's why Jerry Seinfeld said, "If a 7 day forecast was worth anything, you'd only need one every seven days.".
I saw something like that. Small size hail in a fully in New Mexico. Just that small location. Nowhere else. It was a cloudy day but nothing unusual except for that small area.
