OK, I'm not holding my breath, but this issue is not dead yet. The rancid smell of Hillary still lingers in the air. Fouls all it touches.

Comey knew all this and even allowed these people into Hillary’s deposition. He later said, “Even though they were targets of the investigation (matter?), how can you not allow someone’s lawyer into the room?”
This judge might have a different opinion.

Agreed the odds of this going anywhere are almost non existent, as laws don’t apply to these people. At most, it will be a show for political purposes.
