Steve Bannon, in his first extensive interview since he left the White House last month, hinted at a looming war not with the opposing Democratic Party, but within the GOP itself.
“The Republican establishment is trying to nullify the 2016 election,” Bannon, the former White House chief strategist who helped lead Donald Trump's successful presidential campaign, told CBS News’ Charlie Rose in a “60 Minutes” interview that aired Sunday. “[Senate Majority Leader] Mitch McConnell, and to a degree, [House Speaker] Paul Ryan. They do not want Donald Trump’s populist, economic nationalist agenda to be implemented. It’s very obvious. It’s very obvious what they are trying to do.”

I looked at the Compost article and my eyes saw a sentence about Bannon being fired.
He wasn’t fired, so I’m not going to read the rest of it.
The “news” is pure crap worse than I’ve ever seen.
He kinda did by following through on the threat to work with the Dems and then berate and mock McConnell and Ryan. The president is the head of the party. He just doesn’t seem to like it current configuration. I see this CR deal as similar to a vote of no coincidence in a parliamentary system. Problem is there is no good replacements obvious in the Senate no clue about the house. I wonder if Rand Paul is going to be the next leader. Marco might be okay. Kicking folks off of committees at least chairmanships. Man they all suck. How about ted I’m way smarter than you cruz. At least the doctor the conciecious canadian and the robot got into the big game came out here and interacted with the american people.

Paul Ryan sure deed before trump. The differ being that Ryan didn’t have pelosi telling him What to tweet and when.
