I admit the risk is tempting but I don’t believe there are two sane men, emphasis on sane, in the U.S. who would drop a pen down on a piece of paper (the order) and try to tell their hand to start the signature!

even the recent guam strike threats were framed as responses to being first attacked.
I think the Nork leadership are useless dipshits who shouldn’t be running a DMV office in West Va.; but I have yet to read anything which suggests they are considering a first strike.
