“You receive a very weird message to check back on a future date.”

Thank You

—On fatwallet finance they’re saying you either get what I got, or a future date for credit monitoring. They offered to sign me up for premier but I’m pretty sure I’d have to pay for it since they claim I’m not impacted.
Don’t trust Equifax to do anything, they are incompetent as hell. They need to be eliminated, that will put some serious fear into the hearts of TransUnion and Experian.
We need our creditors to stop sending data to Equifax, and especially to stop paying for credit reports from them. I started a petition:
https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/request-president-make-comments-data-breach-equifax
to ask the President to comment on the subject, and that might just get people motivated to ask their creditors to stop paying this incompetent firm for credit reports. It’s a fact that creditors bear most of the costs of cyber fraud, maybe they just need to be reminded of that, and starve off the firm that has just cost them millions of dollars.
Ive entered random names and numbers and it still tells me to enter my info. whatever.
