It's hard to imagine that no rapes and no genuine violation short of rape occur at colleges today.Some young guys,particularly when drunk,do commit real crimes....including,one could reasonably suspect,rape.
But one could just as reasonably suspect that some,if not *many*,accusations of rape made by college students today are,at least,wildly exaggerated if not down right false.
It was a lot more believable in my mother’s time in the thirties and forties when most women were virtuous. Now they will sleep with you for a shot of whiskey.
