Looking at one of this videos on the linked site that looks like what happened....she was down before the car got to her location and the car did not hit her.

Looking at one of this videos on the linked site that looks like what happened....she was down before the car got to her location and the car did not hit her. Could you tell us which video and apx time?

It's the one below the heading "Skip to 0:38 in this video where she is down. Is she even hit by the car?"

It's not far into the video...like it says about 38 secs. But you can pause it just before the car gets to where she is and she's already down to the right of the right fender of the car.

Also the last video on that page has a closeup of what is apparently her and they loop it several times...it looks like she either tripped or got pushed by people trying to get out of the way. But it doesn’t look like the car actually hit her from what I could tell.
