Looking at one of this videos on the linked site that looks like what happened....she was down before the car got to her location and the car did not hit her. Could you tell us which video and apx time? It's the one below the heading "Skip to 0:38 in this video where she is down. Is she even hit by the car?"
It's not far into the video...like it says about 38 secs. But you can pause it just before the car gets to where she is and she's already down to the right of the right fender of the car.
Here is a capture from that video - actually just around the :30 mark - she is already on the ground, shirt half-off... and she is NOT hit by the car (unless she was hit and thrown all the way to where she is here). Honestly - it looks more like she was knocked over by other people, and possibly trampled or stomped on. But that is purely conjecture. Either way - the slow-mo sure makes it appear that she was NOT struck by the car.
