Yes, and that lady’s hair is not braided as Heather’s hair was in the earlier shot of her. Second, the dark blue Tundra is in the upper left by the bicyclist. This photo had to have been taken mere seconds before the Challenger slammed into that group, yet the lady who looked like Heather in Alberta’s Child’s photo and almost got sandwiched between the Tundra and the Challenger is nowhere near.

If that photo was taken right before impact, then where are the two main guys from the photo I posted?

I'm wondering if there was a bit of a time lapse between them.

That has to be quite sometime before the crash. Very few people behind those vehicles at that point in time.
