I don't claim to be psychic, but the first day I heard about Irma, I told my wife I had really ominous feelings about this one. Just something about the name alone scared me.
Me too. My “Spidey-Sense” told me at the beginning this would be bad news
Irma means German (Germanic) War goddess, should scare anyone.
Seeing it as a Cat that far out did it for me.
A LOT of people were also saying the same thing about Irma.
Just a really BAD feeling about it.
I think it means "War Goddess"
***Just something about the name alone scared me.***
I have to tell you, I had a very dear family friend by the name of Irma. She was the sweetest, kindest woman you might ever know, very grandmotherly. Knitted baby booties and a sweater for our firstborn, then other little knitted outfits for the others. I imagine my Irma is smiling sweetly down on us, and doing her darned best to request a peaceful Florida landing for the storm bearing her name.
