Payne bragged that he could retaliate against the hospital by only bringing them transients, adding that he would take good patients elsewhere.
And what if the best care or the quickest care would be at this hospital? Would he drag the patient to another hospital anyway? This is gross abuse of his position as a paramedic, and we've seen him in action as a cop - this guy really needs an attitude adjustment before he's ever allowed to work in either role ever again.

My wife went to The University of Utah. I was in SLC in April and took a drive up and through the campus. The UofU Hospital is a new facility. It is probably the premier hospital in Salt Lake County.
