We're worried about Irma. My son David lives in Pompano Beach, FL. I don't know if they will be evacuated but his area is about 13 feet above sea level.
My larger worry, though, is if Irma breaks through to the Gulf.

Oooo..I didn’t realize he was down there. Hope it makes a turn out to sea, but it sure doesn’t look good. And I hope if they say evacuate, he will listen. He can come visit y’all for a spell.
If it goes into the Gulf, then I don’t know how Texas will cope with more water on the coast! But we will somehow!

This Guy's analysis of the storm. He was on site putting up webcams for Harvey areas and says he'll be in FL when the time comes. He gives updates several times a day.
Just one of many, but he's not a drama king. LOL!

Oooooo, I hope David is planning to head out regardless of whether they tell people to do so or not. It looks like that part of FL is going to get a heavy hit no matter which track turns out to be “the one”. :-(
