A CHOICE to stay or go. I'm assuming that you made the choice for yourself. If your parents brought you over, and were now discovered to have fudged information on their forms at the time, would it be fair to automatically eject you along with them?

they are not required to prove with good documents that they arrived at age <16..and the govt isn’t required to attempt to prove they arent..after all how do you rubber stamp and yet take the time involved and required to check all 800,000 applicants and get them all finished over night...
its only IMMIGRANTS who have to provide evidence and documents and dot every i and cross every t...
they can be 25 and sport a beard and be in middle school...
and who can say they are not 12 ??? nobody is allowed to...
they could be 25 and have got here ALONE a few days before daca started (2012) but as long as they said their parents brought them here years ago when they were 5 yo they got daca... nobody checked anything..
they could have committed 3 documented crimes in the US and they still got daca...IMMIGRANTS are disqualified from entering the US if they have committed only one...and the process for background checks and police records is lengthy and thorough..but them theyre IMMIGRANTS they aren’t important like the daca are...

As a candidate for IMMIGRATION I raised my right hand and swore that to the best of my knowledge all the information I had given on the forms I had filled out and signed and were under my left hand were true..I further swore that I understood and agreed that at any future time it was discovered I had “fudged” any of the info I would be deported...why do you give illegal aliens a pass ???
if the illegal alien parents brought their illegal alien child to this country and stayed the child got to be 18 and now an adult illegal alien committing the same crime of illegal entry in his own right, then I would expect if that person has any decency and respected our country and the laws he would go back to his own country and make it right by applying to IMMIGRATE here...

but they get no pass when they willfully as adults enter into their illegal alien parents crimes and continue the criminal activity...they are now responsible as adults for their own crime as adult illegal aliens...

at age 8 I knew that it was wrong to enter the United States without permission...My mother vehemently objected to the news in the newspaper that illegal aliens entered the US and told me that was wrong...I didn’t even live in this country and I knew it was wrong of the illegal aliens to refuse to IMMIGRATE...
at age 16 I wanted to IMMIGRATE and I asked my father to sign for me to get a passport so that I could apply to IMMIGRATE...my father agreed that I should go but he told me to wait until I was 21 and get my own passport...
the day I was 21 I applied for a passport, and applied to the US Embassy to IMMIGRATE and WAITED...
Most of these so called “children” are older than I was when I chose to IMMIGRATE...
there is no excuse for these adult illegal aliens to refuse to get their lives straightened out..
they are no longer “children” (if they ever were) until their parents control...
if they are so bestest wonderful why didn’t they come forward years early to find out what they could do to change their illegal alien status...

I saw on FOX News that these DACA-oids have an average age of 22 and an average wage of 17 dollars per hour. So I thought, maybe if they served in the military or some other civil service or even merely renounced their home country citizenship, then we could let these specific, mostly-Americanized people stay. But if they have spent years simply living the lie as adults rather than actively trying to right the ongoing wrong, I will have to rethink that one.
