NK has a land border with Russia. We are already sanctioning Russia for having the gall to interfer with our business plans in Syria - so how do we get them to go along with the NK sanctions? More Russian sanctions if they don't?

Guess it will have to be a nuclear war... or maybe, just maybe it's all just talk and there will be more of it tomorrow and then more again the day after.
