Somebody left Mexifornia off the list.
I found this about California’s DL (I remember this discussion when I left there):

On the front, it says, “federal limits apply.” On the back, it says, “not acceptable for official federal purposes.” What does this mean?”
So the CDL for illegals can’t be used for airplanes and Federal facilities.
