A disabled Marine veteran was shot and killed during a confrontation in his garage with would-be home invaders on Friday, police said.
Authorities said that Phillip Lamar Davis, 47, was getting ready to take his wife to work early Friday morning when he opened the garage door and three masked men ambushed them.
Police believe the men intended to rob the victims after entering their home.

There is something so right and so natural about a man defending a woman. That was one of the things I appreciated in the Texas hurricane situation — that pic of the burly guy carrying the asian lady and her baby through the water. There was so much affirmation of reality in that pic. You could practically hear the gritting of leftist teeth as their gender nonsense was blown away by the truth expressed in that pic.

I go a diferent impresion with that picture.
When the shtf it is the MEN that save women and chldren. None of this fake strong and independent bs saves them.
There are no women carrying men out of danger there. That is not reality. It is not a hollyweird movie with a waif women kicking every single big guys can, with a misandry agenda.
MEN rule this world. MEN are the strong ones that get things done. MEN risk their lives and women expect it, and thinkmits their duty to do so, for the weaker omes. MEN do the unappreciated deadly dangerous jobs and actually die for people who believe they are privileged and awful and not as smart or useful as women.
I see reality.
Could you imagine a revolving group of Marines roaming the country, killing those who harm other Marines ?
How awesome would that be ?

I think on some level, it’s rather appealing to think of justice of some sort, and romanticize about something like this. When it comes to reality, it wouldn’t be a good idea.
One team of recent Marines doing something like this would have law enforcement across the nation suspecting every Marine of being a party to something like this.
It would be hard for these marines to determine who was or wasn’t involved, so they could take action.
We just need law enforcement to be diligent going after these perps. Put them away, and then execute them when the time comes.
Delayed justice, or refusing to implement the death penalty is justice denied.
