On the other hand, conspiring to stage a crash with fake “protestors” bused in, resulting in a death, is Murder One!
When the van got there there were no protestors at all. The walked rapidly to that spot 1-2 minutes before the “accident” and assembled right around the van. Watchng the video I thought I heard stage type directions being shouted ie yes right there.

There is a computer that records a lot of things of a cars functions in today’s cars including exactly what time of day it’s being driven, were it’s driven, and what position the gear and shifter was in, and the postions the throttle body was in at any given moment.
It can proven by the car’s computer it this was actually a accident were the man panicked and thought he had the gear in reverse to get out of there.
